Starting as an "accidental speaker" Delby found herself being invited to speak on stages more and more often until she finally decided to turn a fun passion into a profession. As a last minute substitute for a main speaker at a conference, Delby was surprised by the warm reception of the audience and the thunderous applause thereafter. This inspired her to pursue speaking on stages locally and internationally, transitioning to virtual stages under the "new normal."
